The goal of the Tachi Yokut Information Technology (IT) Department is to provide reliable technical support, maintaining high quality service, efficient and effective IT services, drive efficiencies in information technology to Tribal departments, achieving end-user satisfaction, provide the framework for maintaining the security and integrity of government data, network infrastructure, network security, and voice telecommunication across multiple sites within the Santa Rosa Rancheria.

The success of the IT Department is achieved because of its continuous support from the Tachi Tribal Council, Administrator, General Council, and 20 internal departments including the Gaming Commission offices.  The IT staffs are highly trained and technological Certified in all areas of networking, server implementation and management, network security, programming, and software development/support. What makes the Tachi IT staff unique is our drive for innovative, current technology standards, and proactive approach in system maintenance, development, and best practices. The IT Department is paired with the addition of valuable technology partners of whom provide a level of expertise that is either not available in-house or is required for timely implementation/support when prior technology obligations bring about limited resources. This gives the Tachi Yokut IT staff a more comprehensive approach to meeting business objectives and goals with information technology solutions that we deliver to our end-users.
