Surveillance Director Craig Bruno As the Surveillance Director, I oversee the security and surveillance operations within the Tachi Palace Casino to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and Tribal assets. I manage a team of surveillance operators who monitor video feeds and detect suspicious activities, including possible cheating, theft, or fraud. As the director I continually coordinate with security staff and local law enforcement as needed to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and implement procedures to protect our casino's integrity. Additionally, my team and I analyze security data, maintain Tachi Palace surveillance equipment, and provide training for all surveillance team members to uphold high operational standards.
